British cargo ship 'Chakdina' of 1951

Peninsular & Oriental S.N. Co's general cargo ship "Chakdina" (7,267 tons gross, built 1951 by Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd., Newcastle) at Wellington, New Zealand, in April 1974. She was built for the British India S.N. Co. & came under the ownership of P&O in 1973; in 1975 she was renamed "Strathlairg". In 1977 she was sold for scrap to Lieng Hung Steel Enterprise Co., Kaohsiung
