HMCS Crescent DDE226 at Halifax 1962Crescent C-Class destroyer 'Cr' Group, she along with Crusader were sole representatives of this class in the RCN. Crescent received the 'Full Conversion' to anti-submarine frigate (DDE designnation in RCN), while Crusader remained essentially as-built with exception of VDS fitted as trials ship in late 50's.
